Support through partnerships and sponsorship

Better Together

Community health requires collaboration.

The Destiny Program works with Tribal programs, schools, nonprofit organizations, health systems, universities, funders, and community leaders to combine resources, knowledge, infrastructure, and relationships.

Our partnerships allow us to expand access to services while helping programs remain locally responsive and sustainable.

American Heart Association

Our collaboration with the American Heart Association has expanded The Destiny Program's work in community and cardiovascular health.

Through this relationship, we have supported community health education, blood pressure awareness and prevention activities, and efforts to strengthen local capacity around cardiovascular health and cardiac emergency preparedness.

Tribal & Community Partners

We work alongside Tribal health and community programs to ensure programs respond to locally identified needs and complement existing community resources.

Schools & Youth Organizations

Partnerships with schools, youth-serving organizations, coaches, and families allow us to bring physical activity, sports, nutrition education, and wellness programming directly to young people.

Academic & Technical Partners

Collaborations with academic and technical partners strengthen program evaluation, workforce development, research translation, training, and evidence-based program delivery.

Our Supporters

We are grateful for organizations that have invested in our programs, organizational growth, and community-based health initiatives.

Community & Program Partners

Collaboration is central to our approach. We work alongside local organizations and Tribal programs to connect resources, knowledge, cultural strengths, and community priorities.

Our partners include:

These relationships help ensure that programs are locally informed, accessible, and connected to broader efforts to strengthen community health and wellness across the Wind River Indian Reservation.
